Are you not satisfied with your training? For example, because it does not match your wishes or the reality is different from what you had imagined? Then you can get your money back based on the conditions below.

For which training courses does the Money Back Guarantee apply?

• The guarantee applies to our two-day training courses: Scrum Master Certified and Scrum Product Owner Certified.
• The guarantee does not apply to our e-learning and shorter training courses.

What conditions do you meet?

• The training is paid in full before the start.
• You have indicated to the trainer before the start of lunch on the first day of class that you are not satisfied and that you do not want to participate further.
• You hand in the study material undamaged.

How do you submit the application?

• You send an email to iPeople the same day via info@ipeople.nl in which you indicate that you are not satisfied and that you do not want to continue the training.
• iPeople will contact you within a maximum of 5 working days to discuss this and look for an alternative.
• If no alternative is found, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
